too many muscles lah. in a fight can easily get hurt. not enough mobility. need to run sometimes. not just stand and fight cos no matter how big you are you cant take em all on. just my three cents.

funny u shd say that. my yoga teacher just said the same thing too, that people with six-pack (abdomen muscles) cannot handle a punch as well as those who build inner strength but without the bulked up muscles!
