that's what i mean by bringing new meaning of bodybuilding...he is totally natural. no drugs. during the competition days, he is eating about 150 eggs,but not the yolk....yuck... Musclemania is a non-drugs bodybuilding competition. even when he came to US..ppl there was going like...no things like this natural..He is the biggest man among the musclemania winners. he is telling everybody that bodybuilding is not only fora pro. but everybody should do it, for healthy...and he is quite succe now, hv a regular show on tv( Panco indosiar-Ade was a national champ of armwrestling too ), own a mag , and about 15 Fitness centers under his network......
