I don't like these kind of houses.... they all look the same and it feels like everyone who lives there, lives a very boring life, go to work go home eat dinner and sleep.......
hahah….not to mention if you have mediocre soundproofing walls you prolly can hear next door neighbors arguing or love making nasty noise all night long!

omygawd!

I think it's like removing mini Indonesia-town to Hanoi! It's characterless! I'm planning a trip to Vietnam and I'm not expecting to feel like I'm just somewhere on the corner of Kelapa Gading!

The KG houses design is not exactly Indo vernacular architecture either its more or less mediterranean tropical with a flair of romanesque and gothic touch here n there.
Ciputra design teams prolly build to compete rather than to impress hence the copy paste architecture giving less appreciation n consideration to blend in a more uniquely Vietnamese identity.
Anyway they still look striking nevertheless, but wondering how much does it cost n how many years to pay off the mortgage.
