I was originally contemplating yoga, but poll dancing just seems more fun. I've done gymnastics in the past, so it shouldn't be too difficult. Has anyone ever taken poll dancing courses, or plan on taking some?
And no, poll dancing is NOT only for strippers/hookers etc. It can also be a form of exercise and gymnastics. More and more now, it's being considered a performing art.

I think you mean Pole Dancing. Sorry to be a stickler.
But no, im a guy. And honestly, pole dancing is associated with strippers. So it's hard to shrug that off. It will be a long time until it becomes a performing art.
Just go running. You'll become fit much better and faster.

I agree ^..running/jogging works if you do it like 3 times a week and let your muscles rest too. I havent ran in a longtime, last time i did i was outta breath for running up a simple dirt hill. I need to eat healthier and stop smoking.................

I been actually running 5 days a week for 2 months already and am pretty cut right now. I get that runner high as well where I can run an additional 2+ miles more with no problem.
I don't know if you could get the same high off pole dancing hehe

^lolz. I think poll dancing helps the ladies feel more better about their bodies and really is more of a confidence boost class with feeling secure about yourself. I dunno..thats just what i assume it should teach, not mainly because of the work out.
thats pretty sweet man...you got the runners high, and now im getting that smokers cough haha
nah..ill hit up the park and start running again soon..once this semester ends, atleast i hope if i dont procrastinate.

If you're just looking for something fun and sexy and you're bored with yoga try belly dancing. Doesn't have the same tramp stamp.

I thought about doing poll dancing for a work out, then I asked my bf's opinion on it, and he said that pole dancing is for whores, and he didn't want to date a whore...so now I just jog a few times a week and I'm getting ready to start yoga.
