This is a video explain how Vang Pao exploit people in the Hillside for cash during 1953-1975. Something very similar before him. In the past, Hmong people who want to become rich did not go into engineering, business, or any other creative and productive things. The only way was to become a French thieves puppet figurehead. The revolution in Laos from 1953-1975 was launch to change that addictive habits of thieves worshipping that did nothing for the development of Laos. Vang Pao follow the puppet government style and loss the war with the revolutionaries.

The idea was to destroy Hmong way of life as a discipline and self-sufficient life style to a life style of thieves dependency for survival. To do that, the thieves in the U.S. with Vang Pao's help had to destroy Hmong irrigation, crops, and animals using bombs and chemical spray. And then replacement like rice had to be drop from the air in. This brutal stradegy had made Vang Pao and extremely powerful dictator.
