Oh yeah Mulawin, I heard that Camille isn't going to the Philippines anymore. Due to lack of fans in the Philippines, and that her mom lost her passport. I think it great that she's staying in America and starting her Career here. How ironic that Jasmine the quote on quote hawaiian is taking advantage of the Philippines and Camille is staying in the US.

Set in the 16th century, this is the story of Lapu Lapu, the first Filipino hero, in his battle against Spanish Colonizers.

As the ruler of Mactan and head of the confederation of seven villages, Lapu Lapu (Lito Lapid) has always been just. He follows the tribal traditions and cosults the elders for his decisions, even in his choice of wife, Bulakna (Joyce Jimenez). But Raha Humabon and Datu Zula, leaders from other villages despise him and they want to conquer the village of Mactan by launching several attacks but always failing.

When Ferdinand Magellan lands in the island where Raha Humabon governs, he makes a pact to help Humabon attack Mactan and kill Lapu Lapu. Will they be able to defeat this courageous man and conquer his land?

I think the Philippines has forgotten about Camille already and her somewhat lack of confidence. But I think Jasmine is not taking advantage of the Philippines, she did say the quote during the Filipino Independence Day in Hawaii..but not here in the Philippines..Maybe shes not that Filipino enough because shes Fil-am and she grew up outside the country so preety much he could not associate herself with our country but i think she's inclined to her filipino identity. I think she used to watch the soap "Mula sa Puso" in TFC when she was still young. She can sing the song perfectly too.

I think so, she has chinese blood but she doesn't speak any chinese and she's proud to be filipina. Thats all you really need to know. Ek-ek out of all the celebs. posted here I think Sarah Geronimo is the closest thing to an pure blooded filipina.

Did she? I dunno about that, maybe you're talking about the dreaded IMSCF syndrome aka Tia Carrere Syndrome aka Filipino Closet Syndrome..one time she did say that shes of spanish-chinese-filipino lienage.. which i think is true since her ancestor General Trias (Philippine History-Katipunan) is a quarter spanish. I think she belong to that clan since her parents are native of Cavite.
Well, as far as i can say she's not even trying to be Filipino from what ive seen in the local news..and i didnt think she's hiding her being filipino, look at the amerian idol profile..she did say tha shes keeping a filipino soap opera soundtrack..i think it ws camille who was having the Filipino closet syndrome..claiming to be half-filipino because shes 1/4 irish and 1/4 spanish when in fact both of her parents are filipino native.. i bet her spanish-irish parents could not even speak welsh or spanish but bisaya and batanes.
