Laos Ladyboy Drug Dealer Arrested



Pattaya police were informed in the afternoon of 7th November that a lady boy drug dealer was selling amphetamines in front of Carrefour Shopping Center.

Plain clothes Police officers arrived at the scene to find Mr. Vongniva Phisalat, aged 32 a lady boy from Laos on the first floor of a department store.
The officers presented themselves and charged him immediately, finding 600 tablets of amphetamines packed in a box.

Vongniva pleaded guilty and said that he had been selling drugs for over 4 months. He got the drugs from a Laos agent with a street value of 22,000 baht.
