where did you find these images, and are you sure all of them are Lao?

On the two trucks, there are some lettering on the doors that looks Vietnamese, not to mention the Vietnamese writing under the picture with the medics. Those tanks aren't listed in Wikipedia either.

Oh Did you see " we are the soldiers" VTV3 vietnamese army channel. Lao people are in Vietnamese army alot. They go out speak Vietnamese and At home speak Lao. If Vietnamese make make weapon then lao got free to use.
