It would breakup next 5 years, not pop up! As of me keeping eye on status of russian foreign affairs it seems more than obviously. As they are going to be cut off from the status of energy monopoly very very soon. And as for today, their top class' money are streaming to secure off-shore banks already.

Any prediciton which predicts things happened more than 10 years later from now on is meaningless at best
