MOSCOW (AFP) — Russia has secured an order from Vietnam for 12 Su-30MK2 fighter jets worth more than 500 million dollars (368 million euros), the Vedomosti newspaper said, citing top aviation industry officials.

^ the SU-30 really can't compare to the J11B as a dogfighter. The two seater has so much drag it loses 0.4 mach top speed and 500km range. It also weighs an extra 1.5 tons while having less thrust.
But I think the price you gave is just Chinese internet bull$hitting.

Of course not, Vietnam does not want to sell its soul to China just for some BJ11.

^They don't need beat your air force while building their own. The SU30 is still good strike fighter for Vietnam. It can go on a precision deep strike, and if intercepted it can defend itself. It doesn't need support from AWACS or tankers. Four Su30's can knock out any fleet without an aegis frigate.

day of dogfight is long gone. What's important are the radar, missile system, payload, reduced RCS...etc
The price for fully armed J-11B is valid considering the FC-1 is selling below $10mil, as a reference.

How can the J-11B, which is the copy of Su27 be superior to Su30?

What do you mean copy of Su27?
The J11B changes its radar, flight control system, missile weapon system, engine, and composite skins.
All it referenced on the Su27 initially was the dimension of the plane.
Except the dimensions, everything is very different inside/out.
PLAF already has bunch of SU-30MK2s, one of the requirements from PLAF to SAC(maker of the plane) is the newer J11B's spec has to be superior to the SU-30MK2, otherwise PLAF won't buy it.
For BVR fights, J11B has the speed, range, and RCS advantage. Chinese tend to believe our avionics are better than Russian but the reality is hard to know. PLAAF will buy the J11B regardless of performance, because we can integrate it better into our regiments, can fire our own missiles, can use our own secret EW stuff.

CHina has the balanced beam phase array radar, if one of the fighter, such as J11B added it on, it can instantly become an AWAC, guiding the formation, its radar instantly become much powerful therefore dogfight will be unlikely.
The prices are debatable, but since it's all self-made, it's equivalent to getting money from left hand pocket and put into the right pocket. so it doesn't matter anyway.
