These toxic fats touted by the Cardiologists as the Heart-friendly oils, ironically, causes hormonal imbalance causing obesity, infertility, myoma, ovarian cysts and breast tumors in women for example. As well as the common and deadly chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, cancer etc. which are unfortunately was the diseases they were promoted to be beneficial. This is the irony promoted by the Financial Oligarchy controlled American Medical Association, World Health Organization, as well as the Petrochemical-Pharmaceutical Industries owned by the same greedy Oligarchs. Btw, the American Medical Association was founded under the sponsorship of the Rockefeller family, one of the 13 families (supposed messianic bloodline? - Holy Grail of the Da Vinci Code fame) comprising the Financial Oligarchy controlling majority of the worlds's wealth. There are many more medical myths propagated by the pharmaceutical industry such as the Cholesterol Myth, Iron supplementation, Iodination or Flouridation, etc. Hidden credo among the Pharma cartel is to promote symptomatic treatment and not to target the rootcause of diseases. Such as the case of the use of anti-cholesterol drugs which are targetting the symptom, which is highblood cholesterol and not the root cause which is free radicals. It's politically correct to say that Cholesterol is the cause of heart disease however scientifically incorrect.

Going back, the main deadly vector of all of these diseases are the free radicals that these toxic oils contain, thus the inflammatory after effects. Chronic exposures to inflammatory mediators will cause chronic diseases including the autoimmune diseases.

Even doctors, cardiologists, or any nutritional specialists ignore this very important undeniable scientific fact: the more double bonds, the more unstable is the compound or substance, the more free radicals. In Biochemistry, those toxic oils touted as the heart friendly oils are called polyunsaturates- meaning: many double bonds. And thus are prone to rancidity and free radicals formation such as the lipid peroxides even when exposed to ambiant air and room temperature, light, even more so when exposed to high temperature during processing or cooking. Free radicals is the main cause of diseases and ageing. While antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables are the remedies. Unfortunatley, the synthetic antioxidant vitamin E are usually added with the toxic soya oil as additives and many are 70% oxidized already. Avoid also those free radicals promoting agents like the synthetic supplemental iron included in the multivitamins and mineral formulations(esp. given to pregant women) for it's pro-Oxidizing action--->INCREASE FREE RADICALS.
