Suppose you bought a $5G used car
( civic, corolla, etc... it doesn't matter what car but it realistically must be buyable for $5G).

With only $1G and no more to spend, what modifications would you do?

Name the car and the mods. we'll assume paint job, engine, suspension etc are all good.

It all really depends on your goals for that car. Personally, I'd work on the suspension and bushings first.

get a eclipse, dont get the GSX, waste of gas
full body kit
lime green paint job
50 feet tall GT Wing
18x6 Wheels
and last but not least NOS

there you go a perfect car!

Depends what car I get and whether it has a turbo or not. With 1g on a turbo car, I'd get a downpipe, protune, swaybars. That runs about 1k or a little over. On a nonturbo car...... I don't know, I've never owned one. Headers/exhaust swaybars/tune?

At this stage in my life.

civic hatchback. Springs, shocks and Camber kit.

then slowly save money.
Jinata
Civic.

I'd get a full exhaust system and make it an overtaking FWD MONSTER!

Gee, $1k is so little...how bout a car for 1K and 5000K of mods embarassedlaugh.gif

I'd just get a black Acura Legend Type-II Coupe 6-speed....Throw in I/H/E and I'm good.

Then I'll just drop it, tint, 18" alloys, sound system with my own money. embarassedlaugh.gif

Get a better sound system for the car.

Doesn't matter how the ride is if it aint fun to sit in and listen to the tunes.

That's fine for about five minutes ... then what?

Okay, for you maybe a day or two ... a week if you're really crazy ...
but, engine noise is just noise after a while.
Gotta have some tunes beerchug.gif

I love the sound of a nice engine also, but yes I got to have my music. I'm not one of those who goes blasting base all over the place though. I like to have just a nice crisp sound to it.

use your $1000 dollars to buy a gun then drive around robbing b!tches n $hit then when you have enough money sell your $5000 car and buy a better one then repeat till you get the car of your dreams. just don't get caught.
