I had my scar removed using laser surgery at a clinic in Bangkok. During the treatment, there is not much pain involve and a rather good price to have a better looking skin. It's called Yoskarn Clinic opposite the Central World Plaza.

Google them or you can PM me for contacts...

You need to buy Silicone sheets and apply it to the scars. I am assuming you mean pigment scars and not atrophic (deep hole) scars. You can buy silicone sheets at any pharmacy, you can also try scarzone which has silicone (dimethicone)

I just saw in the US they call it Acne-Solutions intead of Anti-Blemish Solutions here in Europe, but it seems to be the same product.

as you can see it is a lotion yes, after a copple of days you already get to see some good results, you can buy it separately or you can get the 3 step kit
which comes with a cleansing foam (here in the EU there are 2 versions, I got the one with a -too harsh- soapbar) and a moisturizer (ok).

but I have no experience with benzyol or sylicide acid, isn't it too harsh? I wash my face with Shiseido Pureness Foaming Cleansing Fluid, because
it is geared towards Asian skin, and it is quite effective, I have less spots with it icon_smile.gif
I read some good reviews abt their White Lucent Brightening Cleansing Foam (I think this is a good facial cleanser for you)
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtm...;categoryId=RVP
it comes also in a set http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtm...tegoryId=C16011
also the White Lucent Concentrated Brightening Serum has quite some good reviews, it seems very effective
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtm...tegoryId=RPYMAL
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtm...tegoryId=C16011
On the other hand I would not recommend the White Lucent Brightening Refining Softener/Toner, it doesn't make red spots fade much.

yea benzyol is very hard to ur skin as i have experience small moles spots growing on my face....plus it makes ur skin more vulnerable to sunlight and i read somewhere that it bleaches ur skin, which is not good. i cant decide which is better clinque or shiseido for geting rid of red acne that last for more than a year...

When you're young, the scars tend to fade on their own.
However, there are some scars that last a lifetime.
Some solutions can be found in a pharmacy.
Exfoliating or other OTC medications may help.
Laser treatments also can help (although a bit more expensive).

No one treatment is right for everyone.
Please consult a professional or doctor for more info.

Apparently, nutmeg+honey helps. I've never used it myself but there are plenty of people who have; just do a quick Google search and you should be able to find specifics.

Vitamin E also seems to help people, although it could also be partly because of the massaging action into the skin, not necessarily just the vitamin E. Some people just get the vitamin E gelcaps that people take orally, then pop them open and rub that oil directly onto their scars.

With both the vitamin E oil and the nutmeg+honey you have to be careful and wash it off thoroughly, though, because they can potentially irritate your skin if left on too long.

does shiseido contain sylicid acid or benzyol peroxide like other face washs. it seems like clinque dint work for me. kinda gave me a burning sensation while cleansing. i wanan stop using benzyol too cuz it seems like im getin more scars and dark spots...

no I don't see it listed, a good one I recently switched to is Avène gentle cleansing gel for normal sensitive skin,
very effective for fading those scars and also less drying, plus it does contain less additives

do you think the shiseido works well against oily skin cuz i have that. most of the time by the end of the day i have 1 or 2 white pimples forming and soon it becomes a red pimple. its very fustrating since the stuff im using is not working. idk if avene gentle gel is good for me, dont it contain some kind alcohol in it. i dont want it to burn my face or irritate it more or causing my skin to produce more oil..

scars tend to take 6 months before they are completely heal, sometimes it takes longer. use vitamin A, C, and E to help the skin heal faster.

If it doesn't go away and leaves this darker tone. You should try a skin toner or lightening cream. Just apply to the darker areas and eventually it will brighten those dark spots you don't like. I bought a skin toner from Sally's and it worked well on my scars. Really well but they discontinued it. I don't see it on the shelves anymore.
