He keeps accusing me of being someone named 'yhellothere' and sent me a harassing PM. Also, he's said some very disgusting things about asians (women in particular). I have a feeling this guy created a bunch of usernames to troll around.

Just report the alleged offensive post(s) by the member you mentioned, if any, and the mods will deal with it.
