tell u, hispanic/iberian blood is very strong it shows up to several generations within a family with no hispanic intervention, a good indication is not skin color but the nose specially the bridge of the nose and shape of eyes and eyebrow.

there are dark-skinned pinoys that are having hispanic features much like the south americans. I personally think the statistics says only 2% have obvious spanish features but the blended spanish heritage are much higher. I dunno maybe it can go somewhere to 5%-10% or maybe bigger.
