can have a different eye color besides dark brown? excluding the Albinos and the mixed Asians.

as I know, there are different shades of brown. There's hazel, light brown(a lot like golden brown or lighter) and dark brown.

Wow, that's a cool looking picture!! I like it. Hopefully, it wasn't photoshopped.
A lot of Hmong claim some Hmong have blue eyes. (Supposedly we're from Europe or something like that, that's why. It's just another poor theory in my opinion). I've never seen one in my whole entire life the day I was conscious.

Blue eyes = absence of melanin in the irises

A lot of caucasian babies are born with blue eyes, but then their eyes darken when they're a bit older. A lot of newborn kittens are no different. I guess their melanin production takes some time to kick in.

A small mutation that merely shuts off the eye melanin gene will cause permanent blue eyes, and this can occur in any race.

When our 13 countries of East Asia united and prospered. We can easily obtain those blue, green and red eyes with red, green, blue and white hairs just like in those anime we have. This is just a theory but possible.

one of my cousin who's half-white has green eyes. scientifically they say you can only have that if both your parents have a recessive gene for it. maybe it's coming from some white on our side or maybe not- asians can have non-dark brown eg green eyes.
