he was on CNN, again. talking $hit as usual. they were talking about the US-Russia arms deal. they showed the numbers for nuclear weapons, with Russia (1) at 18000, US (2) at....several thousand (3) France at 300 or so, THEN China, with around 200 something.

they ask him for his input. and what does he do?

he blamed CHINA for not being there. thats right, it was CHINAS fault that more nations are not reducing their nuclear weapons because CHINA was not there at the US-RUSSIAN MEETING.
