Little known fact: Whites have wider hips than Negroes. And Asian women tend to have wider hips than white women, on the average. I am talking hip size at the skeleton level.
Negroes also have slightly higher hormone levels on average, this means more testosterone, which means more muscle mass. More muscle mass on a narrower frame means it is much more bunched up than it otherwise would be (even the same mass of muscle over a narrower frame would be more bunched up). So the whole "black booty" thing isn't actually wider hips, but narrower hips with more stuff on them per square inch. It makes sense when you think about it because what people are really talking about is the thickness of the flesh, not a scientific measurement of the ratios of the hip width to body height or something...
