In the Philippines, i believe it is the Rice Terraces of the Philippine Cordilleras which are 2,000+ years old. I think the oldest Terraces are those of Hapao and are like 5,000 years old. Some terraces are re-enforced by stone walls while others like those of Banaue are constructed a little differently. Other foods besides rice is grown on these terraces as well and has sustained the Unconquerable Igorot tribes a people of the Philippine islands for over a millennium.
