It wasn't leaked. It was stolen period. They stole and used the demo tape, then published the song and video, even before SNSD published their song. The rights to the song strictly belongs to SM Entertainment and SNSD. SM Entertainment was very upset and is indeed suing the Uzbeks. It appeared in the Korean newspapers a while back. The haters in the youtubes, are trying to turn the truth around and saying SNSD copied the song from the Uzbek singer, citing the dates of the releases. But we all know that means nothing if the song was stolen.
No body own the songs other than SM Entertainment.
So anyone is trying claim the songs better come up with proper claims.
If Uzbek singer the writer & owner of the song then why then didn't she sued the SM Entertainment?
SM Entertainment can technically sue this Uzbek singer for bleaching the copyright.
