I think the U.S. finally caught on...looks like the U.S. is not falling for the the
"victim card" anymore.

I think Hmong in the US and European countries should sponsor them over.

UN found some of those to be a political refugee, but majority of them don't. Most of those are economic refugees and want to come to US. As for now the US policy is clear, that there will be no more ticket to the entire race.
Many Hmong left the camp and went back to Laos.
