That is the most racist commercial I have ever seen. If people in the PI want to be so white, I'll be more than happy to pour acid on their face and burn that color right off.
fu-k that commercial, if it's still being shown in the Philippines, it needs to get banned immediately
just spread the rumor that skin-whiteners make noses rot util falling off, make the brain childish, and for males cause shrinking balls

Its like that everywhere east of Afganistan. It is in Europe and America that whiter skin made one better thoughts begin to disappear. Possible as a result of the guilt of slavary and how African heritage people where treated by their ancestors. Besides the "model" standard with an anorexic herion addicted look or goths, vampire worshippers and the like few want to whiten their skin outside of Asians.
Being dark is actually an environmental advantage in sunny climates. It keeps your skin from burning, better camouflage when hunting and you never need a tan! The only disadvantage to being dark is that takng pictures while wearing a light colored shirt is a nightmare for photographers!

That's actually slightly true. The active ingredient in most "whiteners' is hydroquinone, which causes cancer. It's banned in the US because of that. More people should know this.
