This was a Singapore+Malaysia projects . The Korean prefers investing in Hanoi to Saigon.

overated. Most people buy those apartments as some kinds of investment (for expat renting or reselling), they don't really live there. Young couples may find it more appealing because of the modern lifestyle. I prefer owning land.
