Not anti-Chinese but more like anti-Chinese's aggression. By presenting an anti-Chinese Mongolian community without an explanation makes it look like Mongolian are insensible and hateful people, which is not true. To say Mongolians are sinophobia is not true either. A phobia is an uncontrollable fear, and no Mongolian fear Chinese.
The true is that, Chinese Han are trying to establish hegemony over East Asia flooding their population into Mongolia, East Turkestan, Tibet, etc... to wipe off native people reducing them to minority status of their own country, taking root of the land then exploit resources. It is colonialism. They also started the Northeast Project(Korea), Southwest Project(Tibet, Northwest Project(Xinjiang) to distort history for justification of occupied other people's land.

This is a fight for freedom. A holy war for Mongolia very survival and the right to exist as a sovereign people. According to McCallum, every conception of freedom include three features: (A) an agent, (B) a barrier or obstacle blocking the agent, and ( C) a goal that the agent aims.

A) Agent = Mongolian
B) Obstacle = Chinese aggression, land grabbing moves, flooding their people into Mongolia wave after waves, exploiting Mongolia resources at Mongolian's expense..etc..Chinese government's supremacy attitude toward Mongolian..etc..
C) Goal: To live in peace.

In order for Mongolian to live in peace they must overcome the Chinese obstacle. They(Mongolian) can overcome this by force or have Chinese respect their rights to exist. Which will it be?

Those that stood in the way to Mongolia's freedom shall be in "summer camp" thus you're a human obstacle and must be removed. Any Chinese men with supremacist attitude and a supporter of PRC that's foolishly enough trying to clever talk and appeasement will be driven away, if returned he will be torture then executed.
