Front line, public relations, customer serwice, etc, promoters, marketers, sales, I shink women have adwantage.

And then, clerical, secretarial, administratiwe jobs, also they have adwantage.

And then some others such as shings related with care and caring....such as teachers, kindergarten teachers, daycare, nursing.....also they have adwantage.

For men, the adwantege they have is technical jobs, such as....engineer, builder, computer (anything related with computer), trader, and so ons, the men have adwantage.

Not really, because women always are percieved as the weaker sex. So women basically have to convince the employee they can do as good a job as a man without coming off as too butch. It's hard being a female *sigh*

Depends. If presentability is required, then women have the advantage. If physical strength is required, then men have the advantage. Otherwise, it's a pretty even playing field when it comes to other kinds of jobs, although attractive women would always have a slight advantage no matter the job.

Depends on the job and which country we are talking about. In America I think its quite equal but high management positions do tend to favor men.
