i findit very deplorable that the powers that be automatically assess a penalty to a person without giving them a chance to defend themselves r clarify their 'offending' posts. it is also very wrong to just asess a penalty without giving a prior warning and grant the poster a chance to change what has been deemed 'offensive'.

this is like being subject to a kangaroo court and smacks of the injustice that permeated/permeates comuist regimes. one or two people falsely accuse someone and then that person is done. it is just not right.

given no warning that a post is truly wrong, not wrong because another poster didn't like what was said and was too lazy to clarify with the original poster so they make false reports to oust a person from the board. such actions shows that this place is at best totalitarian or communistic as some people demand free speech for themselves but will be the first to deny it to those they do not like.

such hypocirsy demeans and destroys a board, not make it better and shows that the favored are for censorship, not discussion of ideas. they accuse me of wanting to post alone yet they do what they accuse as they target those who will not do what they want, yet last i looked we all had the same freedoms and are able to choose what we will do regardless of the opinions of others.

it is very clear that internet chat forums diminish social skills and behaviors as a false power has been granted to a few, who abuse others when things do not go their way. they hide behind annonymity as they break down any moral or social training they have received when they were younger in order to behave like raving lunatics, when someone steps out of their perceived way things should be done.

again that is not right. their ways are not the ideal and otherpeople have their way of doing things, they should not be bullied by warning meters, false accusations, abusive posts, etc. but they shoul dbe allowed to post within normal social reason. they should be free to disagree without fear, free to post as they see fit as long as it stays withi the rules set down by the owner of the board--not other posters who have no authority and who will whine and complain when someone does things differently.

time for asias finest to clean up its act and start being just, honest and even handed (everyone gets the same treatment) instead of playin gfavorites punishing a few while the favored escape detection.

I also believe that the warning system should be updated. Its a good feature but currently being misused. One mod on his/her own shouldn't have the power to kick someone out of this forum. I think a warning should be given if 2 out of 3 mods feel its warranted. Alternatively, the member should have the right to seek appeal from a different mod so that no single mod has incontestable authority.
