Oh my god , look what I've found :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Least_Developed_Countries <=
Laos is one of The Least Developed Countries based on:
+
low-income (three-year average GNI per capita of less than US $750, which must exceed $900 to leave the list)
+
human resource weakness (based on indicators of nutrition, health, education and adult literacy) and
+
economic vulnerability (based on instability of agricultural production, instability of exports of goods and services, economic importance of non-traditional activities, merchandise export concentration, handicap of economic smallness, and the percentage of population displaced by natural disasters)
Notice:
Oh sh!t he still don't know what the heck is birth control. Viet boy should make more baby, so the number of people living under $2 per day would jump from 40 million to 60 million people and living in 331,690 sq km. Vietnam is so rich that they want more donation from the international community. Vietnam hopes to receive more Aid.
http://english.vovnews.vn/Home/Vietnam-hop...0097/105799.vovSaigon looks pretty good at night under cover of darkness. Saigon by day is full of short d!ck vietnamese, and RexChat doesn't want people to see. True is true and the truth hurts.

Vietnam hopes to receive more NGO aid
A conference to strengthen and expand partnerships with non-governmental organisations (NGOs) was held in the central province of Nghe An on July 10-11.
Vietnam has established effective, mutually-respectful and equal partnerships with NGOs which have been involved in humanitarian activities across the country.
The number of NGOs operating in Vietnam rose from 200 in the early 1990s to 750 in 2008, and their aid for the Southeast Asian Nation reached more than US$250 million the same year.
In particular, Nghe An is a top destination for NGO aid. Since 2005, the province has welcomed 100 projects, helping reduce poverty and raise community awareness.
The province hopes to attract NGO aid to agriculture and rural development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction programmes, as well as preventing natural disasters and coping with climate change.
Other areas to benefit from the aid include healthcare services, safe water-supply and environmental protection, general education and vocational training, and in particular, traditional handicrafts.
