Cause lately China, Korea, and Japan been donating and giving money to Cambodia like crazy, I don't think Cambodia well have the money to owe them back. Unless them countries is playing a role of Sugar Daddy or a Trick, "a person that don't really care if she never pay them back as long as she keep on talking to them LOL

Hmmm, interesting observation. I have never looked at the situation in this light before. All I do know is that, every Asian nation is "obligated" to help each other grow economically. However, any country investing money in Cambodia has a very clear agenda about their "return on investment". China has never said a word about her friendly countless financial help to the present-day Cambodian government, but everyone knows China's true agenda. In addition, please don't characterize Cambodia as a whore, but please do characterize the Hun Sen led government as a whore instead.

Hey these investments might not be as US's aid. The richest country in the world forces developing nations to pay back an average of $13 for every $1 we spend in aid and the interests just keeps on stacking and stacking.
