I get really tanned in the summer and light in the winter. In the summer I'll be mistaken for SE Asians and Pacific Islanders. In the winter I'll be mistaken for East Asians.

Some blacks but not all. I hear from blacks themselves that they lighten their skin color. What does this say about them or skin color?

Light skinned Asian girls are hotter than tan ones, just my opinion, besides tanning causes skin cancer. A girl may look hot today but not when she's 40 +...lol... Now if they are SEA and are naturally darker than it's all good cuz it's natural and not by tanning.
