I love malagkit.

I take every chance I get to eat malagkit during family parties, its just so good.

However I am from the north, a Cagayano, and I like our locak malagkits most.

Back in Cagayan Valley, we call malagkit dekat (Itawis) or deko' (Ibanag).

My personal Cagayan Valley style malagkit is Bibingka...I just love the way it tastes, because
Cagayanos make it so juicy and its really fun to chew.

My second favorite is 'Badoyat' which is just rice dough with banana or whatever else in it (fruit).

Anyway, what's your favorite malagkit?

What about Tupig? This is a northern dessert too. The aroma, the taste kills me specially when its hot.
