An African man is accused of abusing, raping and sodomizing a three-year-old girl in Kajang. The girl died. The 24-year-old mother who is also the accused girlfriend abets the boyfriend by creating another story to help him out.
According to the mother, her daughter was abused by a domestic helper who ran away after the tragedy. However, police investigation revealed that the woman had never had a domestic helper all the while.
Police sources revealed that the woman began her relationship with her Sudanese boyfriend several months ago. The accused entered Malaysia by using a student visa to further studies in a private college in the city.
The 24-year-old Sudanese man spent roughly about a month only in the institution before moving in with the girlfriend in a condominium at Kajang. The man has been staying in the condo with the girlfriend and her daughter from previous marriage for some time.
Since the mother is working during daytime, the accused would look after the victim. It was during these particular times that she was beaten, raped and sodomized. On October 12, when the mother returned home from work, she was surprised to find her daughter in coma.
She then brought the little girl to Kajang Hospital but the child died from serious injuries on her head. The mother lodged a police report citing her ‘domestic helper’ had tortured her daughter.
The autopsy suggests another story –injuries to the genitalia and anus suggest she could have been sodomized. Besides, the presence of old and new bruises on the victim’s body led the police to believe that she was abused.
Police found evidence in their premise and subsequently, arrested the couple for further investigation. Both the suspects confessed to abusing the child that led to her death.
