I'd say No, because the media is blowing the swine flu WAY out of proportion. It happened in the 70's (1976) where there was an outbreak of the H1N1 but back then it did not get this kind of response.
swine 1976 And speaking of the H1N1 this past weekend one of my friends had it but was still contagious. Now i didn't want to take the vaccine since i heard some bad stuff about it and i had my doubts. But by last Saturday the H1N1 flu HIT me HARD. its like no other flu since, at first you feel the "chills" when you feel cold all of the sudden, then by Saturday Night all at Once, I had coughing, headaches, joint and muscle pains, and a fever, and i had no appetite, but no nasal congestion (which is awesome since that is the worse part about flus). And now without taking anything but water and night quill, i feel much better, since your body has an immune system capable enough to fight off the virus, and a vaccine isn't necessary, but it seems that the media is playin it as an emergency and people are falling for it. The Swine flu is an excuse to not work or not go to school but to stay home for 4 days as you relax and get rid of the fever. Ill admit that I smoke marijuana(used medically remember), so that helped with my appetite and my muscle and joint pains, also with my sleep (i use natural drugs to help!

). But just read up on the deaths of the swine flu, i think if you read the background of people (young healthy people) that died was because they had respiratory problems like asthma. others that are weak against it are young children, pregnant women, and older seniors since their immune system isn't as good as the young healthy adults.
So its really your decision but i'd say no to it unless you meet the criteria of a weak immune system.
