When I hit 28 I gained 25 pounds from no where. Now I am 30 and I gained 10 more pounds. I also drink half-half as milk and try to eat 4-6k calories a day.

Stop eating only once a week. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty. Exercise, be tough, and stop thinking too much about your hair. Don't wear Makeup and brush your teeth.

I know from experience hehehe...50lbs in 5 months good enough for ya? Gained 30lbs in 1 month once. Not muscle embarassedlaugh.gif Now can you imagine doing that with your metabolism and a good lifting plan?!?! eek.gif That would yeild results man!!! icon_wink.gif Lifting hard while on some high protein diet! It's hard but not impossible, it's all about numbers and the great thing about that is they don't lie or mislead.

If you really want to gain weight, diet will be 90% of the battle. How old are you and how much do you currently weigh? What's your work out routine (assuming you do work out)? And what's your current diet consist of?

Typical weekday
pretzels+tea or coffee for breakfast
sandwich (mostly bread + lunch meat) or burger+fries + fruit for lunch

Haha okay, well I've never dealt with someone trying to gain weight that's not solely based on building muscle.

Pretzels = great snack if you're trying to stay skinny or lose weight...not so much if you're looking to pack it on.

Plain and simple, up your breakfast. Switch to a bagel, or eggs, or instant oatmeal...anything with actual calories.

For your fruits, switch those in between your breakfast, lunch, and dinner...and I would personally recommend yogurt or snack bars...a little more substance.
What I use to do was eat breakfast bars with a banana or yogurt and chopped fruit, switch it up each day so you don't get bored.

The name of the game is to continuously eat through out the day, you're at 4 meals, if you split up some of your meals you can make it 6 easily.

Honestly if you're a hundred lbs. eat whatever you want. If you can I'd start lifting, you'll be amazed once you start seeing results.

Haha, anytime...you get sick of yogurt quickly anyways just be creative.

people that try to eat healthy bother me. like they eat a salad for lunch or something and think that they are doing a good thing.
lol, they get to an age where they don't want to do that $hit anymore and BOOM. fat american.
or those who do cardio to not get fat.

the only other way is an unhealthy way
basically spike your insulin levels and your body will start storing all your energy
eat some fries, drink a soda, then eat some rice and white bread.

the women in some african countries basically do the same thing. they get force fed with millet http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Millet to fatten themselves up

don't sleep too much.. you lose weight if sleeping.. don't be like me.. sleeping all the times..

o and if you do workout, do 5reps of 20lbs dumbell on consistent basis to get good muscular arm. laugh.gif

and IF everything fail...
