Bro, actually ur sentence is quite ok....

just a minor error...

Can = boleh

Crystallised Dream
Not an entirely bad translation effort (if they are not from online translation sites). Below I will try to give accurate but as direct possible translations.

Note: Encik (prounouced 'in-chek') = Mr, Puan = Mrs/Madam, Cik (pronounced 'chek') = Miss - a polite, formal way to address other people without saying 'you'. 'Anda' would sound too formal and authoritative, 'kau' sounds a bit too intimate. Sometimes you may also choose to omit the encik/puan/cik altogether, and just say for example: '...boleh tolong tunjukkan saya etc'.

Hello, excuse me, can you take me to the bathroom please? Thank You
Helo, maafkan saya, boleh encik/puan/cik tolong bawakan saya ke bilik air? Terima kasih

or do you mean

Hello, excuse me, can you show me where the nearest bathroom is please? Thank you
Helo, maafkan saya, boleh encik/puan/cik tolong tunjukkan saya di mana letaknya bilik air yang terdekat? Terima kasih

The first one would mean more like you want the assistant to literally bring your grandfather to the nearest bathroom, while the second is obviously more directional.

Hello, excuse me, can you help me and take me to go pick up my check-in luggage, I just came off AirAsia flight from Phnom Penh Cambodia? Thank You
Helo, maafkan saya, boleh tolong bawakan saya untuk mengambil bagasi check-in? Saya baru sahaja turun dari penerbangan AirAsia dari Phnom Penh, Kemboja (you can also just say Cambodia). Terima kasih

Hello, excuse me, can you help me get to Tune Hotel Please? Thank You
Helo, maaf, bolehkah anda bantu saya untuk pergi ke Tune Hotel? Terima kasih

Hello, excuse me, can you help me get to the Airport for my AirAsia flight to Melbourne, Australia? Thank You
Helo, maaf, bolehkah anda membantu saya untuk pergi ke lapangan terbang untuk penerbangan AirAsia saya ke Melbourne, Australia? Terima kasih

Hello, excuse me, can you help me get to the gate number for my departure to Melbourne, Australia? Thank You
Helo, maaf, bolehkah anda membantu saya mendapatkan nombor gerbang keberangkatan saya ke Melbourne, Australia. Terima kasih

Hello, excuse me, can I have a glass of hot water, thank you
Helo, maaf, boleh saya minta segelas air panas, terima kasih
(or 'air suam' for warm water)

Hello, Can I have a Nasi Lemak, Thank You
Helo, boleh saya dapatkan satu Nasi Lemak, terima kasih
