Cambodia is once again in the spotlight. From the Eastside, the Viets are moving their border posts deep inside Cambodia's territory. From the Westside, the Thais are maintaining their stance over the disputed 4.6 kilometers square areas. Now hear this one: Hun Sen of Cambodia is offering the JOB and a luxurious mansion to the Thai prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra. confused.gif Is history being played out again?

Everytime the Khmer invite the foreign Thais and Viets into their house, the Khmer end up losing something. Haven't Khmer learned anything at all?

naw mang is all part of the prophecy, is like a chess game waiting for them to be in the right in position and then we make our move.

Hmmm a chess game...Well I pray that the Cambodians play their game right this time. It is not like the Cambodians had never played the games with the Thais and Viets before. In the end, the Cambodians always ended LOST.

We don't talk when the Khmer people were the leaders of SoutheastAsia politically, religiously, economically, and culturally. It was already a given fact that any nation who dared challenge the Khmer Supremacy will get retaliated. Kingdoms that were subjugated by the Khmer people at the time dare not rise up to challenge the Khmer people at all.

However, when the Khmer fell, they really fell down hard as the dismemberments from the East (Vietnam), West (Thailand) and North (Laos) occurring right in the eyes of the great Khmer people. Then the Khmer resorted to using their enemies against one another, but the game only lasted so long and at the end, we lost the game if the French didn't come in time.

You mean that we are receiving the attack-from-all-side moment now?

I kinda agree, but the issues with Vietnam will be solved by old fashions, while the conflict with Thai is flexible.

Let's pray...

Let's hope that Hun Sen has.
