We have an XBOX 360 and the controller that came with the game became defective within the warantee time frame.
I called the Microsoft tech support and they promised that they would ship a replacement.
So I called them back and the call center promised again that they would ship a replacement.
So I thought I would give posting my experience here for a try and see if anyone can offer some tips to resolving my problem.

Xbox360 was rushed to the market and suffered from the defectiveness in the form of RROD(Red Ring Of Death). Microsoft promised to extent the warranty period and redress the situation accordingly by releasing new versions of xbox360, yet, the problem still persist.
It's time for you to switch loyalty to Sony console pal.
