It's pretty well known the Huns invaded the Roman Empire, so I'm not sure why this should be so surprising?

The writer of these articles need to stop being so vague. The skeleton was obviously not a full blooded Mongoloid. It was a mixed race person most likely of less than 50% Mongoloid. So it was probably a Hun or a Mongol.
