I was surprised to find out that the contract for 6 submarines is $2 billion dollars but the contract to build submarine bases is another whooping $2 billion dollars; never knew submarine base is that expensive eek.gif

Where did you get that information from?

Most likely, each kilo submarine costs $300 million * 6 = $1.8 billion and the submarine base costs $200 million for a total of $2 billion.
