Backaches, cramps, stomach aches, and annoyance with every little thing.

It is also really really strange I alternate each month between having extreme craving and eating everything and its momma during the time of the month, and then the next month during the same time I don't want to eat anything. Does any other female have this problem? icon_confused.gif

I sometimes get awful stomach cramps, but nothing some painkillers won't solve biggthumpup.gif

I don't think I get any more moody than I normally am, but I get really hot when moving around and THEN get pissy at every little thing.

I also feel nauseous sometimes, but nope I haven't experienced the craving problem.

I pretty much get the same symptoms every time. The cramps, food cravings, sometimes a headache and my breasts get really sore. embarassedlaugh.gif

As long as we're on the topic. Do any of you use birth control? How does it affect you? Behavior/bodywise

Oh yeah, I get headache and my breasts get really sore too. It seems like I have all the bad symptoms. Headaches, cramps (mild-killer), severe back pain, crazy mood swing, cravings, fatigue, and or no desire to eat. I take a lot of pain killers during the time of the month.

Yes I had use birth control before. It actually made my premenstrual symptoms a lot less! It shortened the days of my period and lightened the flow. As for behavior it depends on the type. I forgot the brand that made me really moody and gave me severe headache but I know it is most likely the brand that contains both estrogen and progesterone. My body can take progesterone birth control pills only but add estrogen and I get severe headache and mood swings. Body wise, I did not gain any weight, it did not affect my weight at all. It did made my chests grew like one cup size though. embarassedlaugh.gif

I was on Microgynon for a while. Never again.

I got even worse stomach cramps when I was on and I wasn't any lighter, and I swear I put on a few pounds. Didn't do anything to me behaviour wise though.

Wow your pill had the total opposite affect to mine cocoloco embarassedlaugh.gif

Hmm I used to get bad cramps when I was in high school. I remember once having to overdose on tablets just to get rid of the pain but I grew out of it and now just get a slight irritating pain every now and then.

I've been on depo injection for past 8 years now and I love it, never having a period is like heaven to me icon_smile.gif I have gained weight since I've been on it though about 3 stone heavier than I used to be.

Yeah I was on birth control when I was younger, don't remember what it was though. It helped with my premenstrual symptoms as well, but I did gain weight. Don't think there was really any affect on my mood.

I swear I don't know how you gals handle all this.
Having to shave every morning is already a pain for me.
Yer
Cramps (mild twinges) and boiling rage.
I could swear that some days every third thought going through my head was "Kill, kill, kill."
Luckily I'm not that violent. I just rage at everything while doing no physical harm whatsoever.

Lols. That was going through my head when I was driving today. I had some serious road rage. I wanted to run over everybody on the road icon_redface.gif.

You are most fertile when you are ovulating and if you have a pretty regular cycle then that would be two weeks after your last period. they say 14 days after the first day of your last period is the day you should be ovulating and that is when you would be the most fertile. However, sperm can live inside of you for up to 3 days so i would have sex up to 3 days before to the day of and about two days after that because the egg lives generally about 24 hours once released before it starts to die so the body can rid of it for the next cycle. good luck!!!
