wow 8% growth? earlier in 2009, they project a 4-5% growth at most. that is already double.

but lets keep to the basic here, while having high digit growth is a welcome sign for a partially developed country, it's still come down to unemployment rate and inflation. this is area i measure from a country performance.

Taiwan's energy demand is definitely high........and I'd much rather Taiwan buy energy resources from Vietnam than from the Middle East.
