It is VERY difficult to overbuild muscle. People act as if one minute you are thin and the next you are huge. Seriously, it takes months, and years. Just keep working out until you find a build you like and then stop working out as hard.
What I meant by overly built body is not that I will be super buff, I meant that I dont want to work out other parts of the body except pecs like i already explained, it was to answer the first person who respond saying doing variety of workout.
