I don't really know what you mean! Are you asking for a Malaysian word that spells like 'NOY'? Nope! In Malay language, we don't have a word where the letter 'O' is followed by the letter 'Y' in which 'Y' is the last letter in that word. 'Y' is always replaced by letter 'I' if it has to be the last letter in the word.

As for the word 'NOY', it will have to be 'NOI' in Malay.

How about SENOI. 'Senoi' is the name of one of the aboriginal tribes (Orang Asli) of Malaysia. Then there is the word MOI. 'Moi' is a kind of porridge from northern West Malaysia made from rice. 'Moi' is taken from the Chinese word moi which means porridge. Or HEMOI - a Kedah Malay word from northern West Malaysia. Hemoi means to unashamedly beg others.
