Actually, Hmong sausages are rather delicious (not the "sausages" that some of the pervs are referencing). Especially when cooked over a grill and served with sweet rice (aka sticky rice) and pepper. Oh, and can't forget the side order of spicy papaya salad too....

they're easy to make...you just gotta get the meat and spice crap and the wrapping or whatever..my mom uses pig instestantes(sp)..then you just grill it
