Malacaņang suspends classes in all levels nationwide
Malacaņang announced Thursday evening that all classes on all levels are suspended on Friday due to the expected heavy rains and strong winds brought about by megastorm "Yoyong."
The order was made by President Arroyo, who added that the suspension of classes is nationwide.
President Arroyo likewise declared that work will be suspended in all government offices in Metro Manila and in Regions II to V.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, meanwhile, announced that the number coding is suspended Friday.

man i miss those tropical monsoons, here in US.... the only time na sinuspend yung mga klase eh kung may snow Blizzard........

it's only Luzon.. they announced earlier just this morning. we still have classes here in Cebu. Arroyo overreacted probably.. for crying out loud, the sun is glaring outside this cafe..

2 although there was heavy downpour last night which turned my white uniform into brown.

Man they should suspend classes here in AZ for sobrang init in the summer

The typhoon affected only Luzon and Samar provinces.
