Full Version: My USB access doesn't work
I'm using Compaq Presario CQ71 Notebook PC by HP. My two USB access don't work any more. It just don't show any reaction when I plug in my USB-stick or ext.-harddrive. Does anyone know why and how I can correct it?

during window start boot up, press F2 or F8 depending on your OS to into the BIO setup. click on the hardware tab, or find where the USB option is, and check to make sure it's "enable".
you may install a software driver that overwrite it in the bio setting.
You should try in Google. It will provide you a good software for your disk recover.
