Depends on the situation in which led to our meeting/seeing. If it was the norm, seeing each other on the street passing by then I would look her in her eyes, just long enough for it to not be mistaken as coincidental but not long in which it would be creepy. Show her I acknowledge her and that she's pretty but i'd just keep moving after that glance.
