I think I might be getting the new iPad when it comes out, and yes the fever is coming. Good work on the game.

Tablet PCs are more than cellular phones or smart phones the latest ones already have dual core proccessors, graphic accelerators and are multitasking which already match with the proccessing speed and power of regular PCs.
Motorola Xoom

Many Tablet PCs even do not have phone functions and they are already personal computers only has touch screen but no mouse and keyboard like the ADAM tablet and the KNO tablet they and they are very functional tablets.
The ADAM Tablet is also half the price of an IPad but as powerful as a personal computer.
Toshiba just released a Tablet which has Intel Dual Core.

There are even Tablet PCs designed for professional industial use.

Amazing work Martin, I'm interested in jumping on the Android bandwagon, perhaps you could share some tips on programming via PM!
BTW, what is your recommendation on existing Android tablets? So far I've looked at a few and at the top of my list is the Archos 101, Viewsonic viewpad 7 and the SULI7. Ideally the prices are under $400 (ie. no more than a netbook), built-in 3G, 720p/1080p HDMI, bluetooth, multi-touch screen and with a battery life of 6-10 hours. I'm favouring the Archos because its battery life is comparable to the iPad, but the 7" Suli7 has a capacitive screen and is slightly cheaper. Love to hear your opinions on these.

The tools needed to make Android Applications is the Eclipse IDE (Helios) and the Android SDK.
You can download it here and its free.
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Programming/S...droid-SDK.shtmlJava programming is used and the Android SDK compiles the Java code into native Android .DEX files which is the native executable of the Android OS.

I'm thinking of getting the iPad 2. I already have a Laptop, iPhone 4, anf an iPod 3G. I'm mainly going to be using it for entertainment.
I'm still not 100% committed; there is no jailbreak out for it yet, and it's not like I need it. I'm confused.
