SO! The real reason why I opened this thread is I want to know what you, those who have abs, do to get them. What kind of exercise, what kind of machines, what kind of diet, what kind of lifestyle habits, etc.. I want to work on my abs and hope they show up one day. HELP ME. Give me advices. I'm a female btw, if that matters.
