khmer singer just cover this song to make it popular in cambodia.
if no khemr singer, no khmer will listen to that song.
cambodia has a good relation ship with korea, then korea government want korean singer to be famous all around the world.
that is why khmer has to cover this song to let khemer singer covered it first and then let the people search korean version.
