Yes all those girls sound more muscular, they open their mouths wider and they talk more forcefully. The tones are different from mandarin and there are a few guttoral sounds that aren't in mandarin, but I think it wouldn't be too far off as one of the mandarin dialects.

They sound nothing like mandarin. The girl in the first video has a really nice voice.

both hanoi accent and mandarin often pronounce the zh, sh, s, ch, x sounds. Also, both languages have more base than treble, cantonese and south viet nam accent have more treble than base.

but the pronunciation is quite different, it's more nasal sounding
